Strange Twitter error I got

I got a strange Twitter-error for three messages and last:

Tips I thought of but want do myself. Your own URL shortener for Twitter. Very simple and maybe people following you also starts to use it.

Thanks for a nice service. I experienced a strange "error" trying to post a tweet. The problem was solved by rewriting the tweet and it isnt a major problem.

Still I thought I would report it since maybe it is symptom of some bigger problem?
